What an amazing 50th Golden Anniversary Celebration the school had, Ivy Bank Primary School opened its gates on Saturday 2nd July 2016 to pupils, parents, friends and the local Community for its celebratory summer Fair.
It was a very wet day with numerous heavy down pours and small bouts of sunshine, but it Didn’t dampen the spirit of the event and everyone had a very memorable and fun day. There were lots of activities from face painting to bouncy castles, tombola, a raffle and much more.
The day raised an unbelievable amount of just over £3,000. The raffle was a huge success And this was only possible due to the contribution you made, we want to say a massive thank you for all your support, we couldn’t have done it without you.
The money raised will go towards further enhancing the children’s education and providing them with equipment and resources.
I want to give you a personal thank you from myself for all your help and continual support, it is very much appreciated. It is really important to give back, so we are one school that promote donators in any way we can, I really hope that you benefit from this. Thank you again.
