Re: Request for a raffle/auction donation.
Further to our letter dated 9 June 2016, I am writing to thank you for your kind donation. The prize was used during our Gala Dinner, which was held in the mercure hotel, Cardiff, 2 September 2016
During the evening, to highlight your donation, posters were made and displayed showing your company logo. I am pleased to let you know, that due to your donation, the raffle was able to raise £1,674. Our Team, we have succeeded in raising £15,500.
As you can see, the raffle contributions helped us greatly in achieving this total.
