Request for Raffle Prize
I am writing to you on behalf of Milton Keynes & North Bucks RSPCA. The charity is currently planning their next fund-raising event. The RSPCA curry Night, which is to be held at the Calcutta, Stony Stafford on Monday 30th September. This will consist of an Indian Buffet, kindly provided by the owners of the establishment and a Raffle/Auction. Previous events have always proved very popular, and we are hoping with your help this will be our biggest event to date.
The Milton Keynes & North Bucks RSPCA is a separately registered branch of the RSPCA and is responsible for raising funds locally, they are entirely self funded and are supported by a dedicated team of volunteers. Money raised at the event will help provide treatment and care for abandoned and neglected animals within the area. On average the vet bills alone for the branch is £150,000 per year!
We were hoping that your company might be willing to supply us with a suitable prize for our Raffle/auction. Any donation, big or small, will be gratefully received and will help raise funds for the animals in our care. We are also looking for any unwanted stock you may wish to donate that can be used throughout the remaining year as tombola prizes at a number of local events.
