On behalf of Simon Says, I just wanted to thank you again for your support with your generous donation
towards our Charity Ball. The event on Saturday was a huge success with a lot of fun had by all but
importantly we raised approximately £7,000 for our charity.

As you know, Simon Says offers support to the children and families in Hampshire who have lost a significant

person in their lives. Here are a few examples on how the valuable funds raised could be spent:

• School Resources Packs — £75 each
• Support Booklets — £3 each
• Support Line — £2,500 p.a
• Residential Weekend x 35 children — £4,000
• Arts & Crafts for the support groups — £2,500 p.a.
• Day’s out for the families — £400
• Monthly support groups running costs — £4,500 p.a
• Library restocking

I am writing on behalf of the North West Air Ambulance Charity to thank you for donating the five paintballing vouchers, we really appreciate it. We have now passed the gift on to the local fundraiser to be used as a raffle prize at a fundraising event.

As a local charity that receives no day to day government funding, we rely on the generous people of the North West to help raise £7.8 million each year to keep us flying and saving lives.

On average, it takes us just 14 minutes to reach the scene of an incident, where our doctors and paramedics can provide life-saving treatment where and when it matters most. Wherever we land, we’re never more than 10 minutes from the nearest hospital, overcoming obstacles of distance, congestion and access.

As a result of this work these are now national standards of treatment, benefiting cancer patients across the UK and around the world.

Dear Leeann,

A huge thank you to you, and your organisation for donating the complementary paintball tickets to aid our charity fundraising. We have a number of fundraising events coming up and we always need fantastic raffle/auction prizes such as this one. I am sure whoever wins the passes will be absolutely delighted. What a brilliant day out they will have!

Autism Bedfordshire is an independent charity and we rely entirely on grants and donations for our income to enable us to provide fun, social and educational activities for children, young people and adults with autism. Not only do these activities allow the individuals to enjoy the same kind of experiences that most others have but also they provide much needed respite for their parents and carers. Without our services, many of our members would find it quite difficult to cope with the stresses that living with someone with autism brings. This kind donation, therefore, will help us continue to provide much-needed support for people with autism and their families.
