Battersea Police Ball 2015
This is a very belated thank you for supporting our fund-raising Ball once again by Agreeing that I could print several of Delta Force vouchers as prizes to be won During the evening of our fundraising ball. I cannot say thank you often enough.
The ball itself was another huge success. There were 1,400 local people attending With their friends, our local councilors, the Deputy Mayor of Wands worth and Jane Ellison the MP for Battersea. We thought there was a very happy party atmosphere With everyone really enjoying the disco, the cabaret and all that was on offer.
We had some fantastic prizes donated to us for all the fundraising during the Evening. These included the Auctions (live and silent), our prize winning Magic Tree, A Casino, and a lucky Envelope Draw, all of which helped with the sale of tickets And wine, in raising approximately a staggering £88,00. We must not forget those Who advertised in the Ball programme, as this also helped to achieve the very best Sum of money we have ever raised for our charity.
This success is entirely due to enormously generous support we receive from Many local businesses and individuals like you. We simply could not have managed To raise such a magnificent sum without your help. The funds raised will be spent 100% on local Crime Prevention initiatives, including local young people.
It is an enormous thank you once again for your support, not only from me and the Members of the Ball committee but also the members of the Battersea Crime Prevention Panel as we just could not continue our work without these vital funds.
