Hemel Hempstead Paintball
Delta Forces paintball site in Hemel Hempstead also known as Oakwood is situated in the picturesque Hertfordshire Hills providing a serene backdrop for the carnage to commence. The Oakwood site is located on the site of an old World War 2 American Airforce base. Because of this there is ample space for parking with a Heathrow sized main runway. A lot of the features of the old airforce base have been incorporated into the base camp as well as the game zones. The site has impressive game zones including full size helicopter replicas, as well as full size castles.
If you a planning to play paintball for the whole day, you can either bring your own food or order a pizza for under £5 that will be delivered direct to the site at lunch time. The pyrotechnics available on site include smoke grenades, thunderflashes and paint grenades.

You can get to Hemel Hempstead station from a number of mainline stations including London Euston. From Hemel Hempstead the station is around 2 miles away from the paintball centre so it is advisable to jump in a taxi. A1 taxi service is a local taxi service and there number is 01628 851 466.
By Car
On the M25 take the exit at junction number 20 and then follow the A41 signposted Aylesbury/Hemel Hempstead. Follow this dual carriageway for approximately 5 miles, and then take the exit signposted Bourne End Industrial Estate Services. Drive on for 50 metres and then turn left onto Upper Bourne End Lane. After 900 metres you will come to a set of iron gates and onto a concrete hard standing, and then turn right through the set of blue gates onto the wide concrete road, follow this road for 300 metres and then turn right onto the main runway.
